All of our handmade items come with a guarantee over the life of the parts. That means if they ever break during normal wear and tear, if you let us know, we will replace it free of charge. You only pay the cost of shipping. Back in the good old days we used to cover that too, but with the high price of postage these days and all the packing that goes into it, it’s necessary to at least cover that expense when you make the choice of calling us in on our promise to honor our guarantee. But when you do decide to (if the need ever arises), we promise we will be here as long as we are able to bead and are alive and kicking!
How to Contact Us
If you ever lose our Etsy store website address, you can come back here and contact us for any reason…our guarantee, to make a purchase of an additional, matching earring, earcuff or custom order necklace, to ask questions, just say “Hi” or send us pictures of you with your beautiful new jewelry. Just go to our Contact Us page, fill out the form and send it on its way. We typically respond within 24 hours.

It shows up on your desktop, tablet and mobile devices and can be used to summon us on-the-go when you don’t feel like waiting for a reply via email.
