Pasadena Bead & Design Show – January 2024

Greetings happy beaders! The local big Los Angeles/Pasadena Bead and Design Show is coming NEXT WEEK and I’m planning on attending to hit up their long-time vendor there, Garden of Beadin’, for their large selection of Delica beads.

So, I was wondering if anyone else is going to the show next week? I would love to meet our members in person and talk beads and beading and maybe even go to lunch on Saturday or another day. It would be so much fun to get together and even take pics of our wonderful members to post here.

The show has moved from the Pasadena Hilton Hotel to the Pasadena Convention Center, which was kind of a shock considering they’ve been at the hotel for like a decade now. It must mean (hopefully) that they’ll have A TON more vendors and classes. I’m hoping for more Delica vendors as Garden of Beadin’ were the only ones who ever show up with those wonderful little beads we all crave.

They will also have workshops that include a free Beadwork Tips session, a Peyote Stitch Bezel Pendant class, as well as earring & bracelet classes.
